USER GUIDE FOR eNACH/NACH MANDATE REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION PROCESS

1.eNACH /NACH MANDATE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

To register mandate, customers are requested to contact concerned relationship officers of Unico Housing Finance Branch / send email request to “e-nach-mandateregistration@unicohfc.com” with the following details:

  • I.  Your Application Number/Loan Account Number
  • II.  Registered Mobile Number
  • III.  Debit Bank Account Number & IFSC code
  • IV.  Mandate Approval option-Via Debit OR Net Banking OR Aadhar based.

2. eNACH /NACH MANDATE CANCELLATION PROCESS:

As per directions issued by NPCI vide circular NPCI/2020-21/NACH/Circular No. 025 dated 08/02/2021 & NPCI/2020-21/NACH/Circular No. 028 dated 08/03/, Unico Housing Finance provides the NACH cancellation facility for its customers as per the below process:

  • I.For cancellation of registered ENACH, the customer can contact their relationship officers of Unico Housing Finance branch for the same or send e-Mail to “e-nach-mandate-registration@unicohfc.com” with the following details:
  • II Your Application Number/Loan Account Number
  • III Registered Mobile Number
  • IV.Reason for NACH Cancellation Request
  • V.Unico Housing Finance Private Limited has the discretion to consider the Mandate Cancellation request based on customers loan repayment terms and conditions.
  • VI.Confirmation on the final status of Mandate Cancellation will be provided by Destination bank to customer via SMS or email.

3. CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE MECHANISM

For any query on Mandate Registration/ Modification/ Cancellation, please write to customercare@unicohfc.com or call us on 044-61117111 (Monday to Friday -10 am to 6pm) or visit your nearest Unico Housing Finance Branches.

A mandate is an authorization allowing us to carry out specific transactions on your behalf, such as automatic payments or debits from your bank account.

You can cancel the NACH mandate by filling in the NACH cancellation application form and submiting it to your destination bank or by sending e-Mail to “e-nach-mandate- registration@unicohfc.com” with the details of cancellation information.

Your cancellation will be processed within 10 Working days.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email or text once your mandate has been successfully cancelled from your Destination bank

After cancellation, all automatic transactions associated with the mandate will stop. Please review your account statements to ensure no further transactions occur.
