Unico Housing Finance Private Limited is an housing finance company registered with RBI and NHB, extending housing loan products and services, herein after referred to as ‘We’ or ‘Unico’ for the purpose of this policy.

• All documents are stored in DMS with restrictions to ensure that the documents are secured from unauthorized access.

Exceptional Scenarios:

Unico Housing Finance has the sole discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. Users will be notified about the change in the privacy policy through email or on our website. In the event the modified privacy policy is not acceptable to the User, the User should discontinue using the channels or other services and inform Unico about the same in writing or over email. However, if the User continues to use the service the User shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified privacy policy.
