Greetings from Unico Housing Finance!

We thank you for the referrals you have contributed to Unico business growth over the past days. We believe that you would continue to contribute increased business to Unico, in the coming days.

We wish to inform you about the revision in referral payout slab as per the below table(s).

Old Referral Payout Slab

Payout Slab for all cases referred until 30th Sept 2026 would be as below

For all Disbursed Cases (Fresh Disbursement) – Unico Lending:

For all Disbursed Cases (Fresh Disbursement) – Co-Lending:

New Referral Payout Slab

Payout Slab for all cases referred with effect from 01st October 2026 would be as below

UGA Payout – For all Disbursed Cases (Fresh Disbursement) – Unico Lending & Co lending :

2	31 lakhs- 60.99 lakhs	1.25%
3	61 lakhs & Above	1.50%

Where monthly Co-Lending disbursements exceed ₹50 lakh, the UGA will be eligible for an additional payout of 0.10% (10 basis points) on the total eligible Co-Lending disbursement volume for that month.
